2006 ALI Awards Set for November 1, 2006: New Categories Announced

It’s the moment when the entire life casting artist community comes together to celebrate excellence in in their unique art form, and to strut its stuff for an international audience.

The date for the 2006, 2nd Annual ALI Awards® has now been set: Wednesday, November 1, 2006.  Artists from all over the world will have the opportunity to have their life casting art recognized and publicized for this exciting award event.  There are no comparable awards for art based upon direct casting of the human form, though such artworks have been produced for millenniums.

Internet coverage of the ALIs will begin here at www.ilifecasting.org in early September.  We will provide coverage of the Nominations Announcement and post video clips.  Our extensive coverage of the awards continues through the final day when the ALIs are announced.
