Having the model's arms overhead usually always slims down the stomach. I have
used a brace to have some models lean forward a bit to offset the weight of
their breasts. This may not be ideal in all instances due to the stomach
wanting to bulge out as well. Have her try a number of poses to see which show
the best balance and flatters her figure as well.
